Welcome to Beatson Valuation – Motueka’s oldest valuation firm.

At Beatson Valuation we have a team that provides registered valuations and property consultancy for all property types and for the full range of these service requirements. Our valuers specialise in the Motueka, Takaka, Collingwood and Mapua areas, but also operate in Nelson, Richmond and surrounding locations.

We pride ourselves for our ethics, integrity, independent and objective advice. Our valuations are accepted by all major lending and financial institutions. Both Guthrie and Craig hold Annual Practice Certificates and are members of Property Institute of New Zealand. Raewyn Wall has recently joined our practice and is working towards registration in the near future.
